Iceland 26 April 2021 @ 20:30
This photo is taken at Grótta nature reserve at Seltjarnarnes Peninsula in the Greater Reykjavík area on Monday night 26 April 2021 @ 20:30 just before sunset and
just before I went for a flight over the new volcanic area at Fagradalsfjall for AFP
I went to Grótta for a short hike while I was waiting for my friend Sigtryggur also known as Diddi but he was going to lend me his Nikon Z6, camera as a second camera for the flight, I spent the time cleaning my sensor at my Z6 during the time I was waiting for him and then I saw this bird coming in for a landing on the pole so I grab the moment and took this photo,
This is one of 7 photos that I took at the time but I chose this one because it is not obvious what is going to happened, this is a crop version of the photo that I took on my Nikon Z6 with Nikkor Z 24-200mm F/4-6,3VR lens at focal length 120mm Aperture 6,3 Shutter speed 1/2500s this setting had more to do with the fact that I was looking for dots on the sensor as I was cleaning it, I just grab the moment and this is what came out of it,
Here are some others photos that I took that night at Grótta
